I feel like all I've been doing lately is complain about the rain and the miserable weather, but I am just not used to it. We never had to worry about it raining on Halloween when we lived in California! But of course it rained on Halloween in Georgia this year...
Since we have so few houses in our neighborhood that are occupied, we went to our friends' house so Ella could go trick-or-treating with their daughter, who happens to be Ella's best friend (as much of a best friend as you can have when you are 3!) On the way to their house, we stopped by my parents' so Ella could show them her costume and get her "treat" from them. Luckily it was only misting when we made this stop, and not pouring rain, like it had been earlier in the day.

A family shot just before trick-or-treating. Ella got rid of the mouse ears for the main event. It's too hard to fill up your candy bag when you're trying to keep your ears on! :)
