Fall Colors Cruise

Last weekend we went on a a cruise in my in-law's pontoon boat to look at the fall colors on the lake and enjoy the FULL LAKE, since this is the first time the lake has been full in over 4 years. I think if you look back at some of my posts from the summer you can tell how low the water was just a few months ago. If was a beautiful day, with the sun shining and mid-60s! We were bundled up a bit because of the wind on the lake but it was a perfect day for a fall cruise ~ very relaxing!

I took a lot of pictures of the beautiful trees changing colors and the scenery. The lake looks so much different now that its full. It's a definite welcome change from 2 years ago when it was 20 feet below full pool. I guess it's worth all those rainy days we have had...
