No matter what Scott tells you, he really didn't need another fishing rod for Father's Day and since we are from So Cal and he & his dad LOVE the Dodgers, I decided it would be fun to get tickets to the Braves/Dodgers series for Father's Day for them. (The games were the first weekend of August so I got in trouble with the head football coach since that was also the start of 2-a-days - Oops!)
Anyway - Scott and his dad seemed to have fun, and I was told that I picked really good seats, even though I had no idea what I was doing picking out baseball seats on Ticketmaster with no help. I am not a baseball fan, but will go for the food. :)
So Scott and his dad went to the Friday night and Sunday night games by themselves, and then we got tickets for the family to go to the Saturday game and we sat in the outfield in the "kid friendly" section. That's the day the Dodgers lost, though... Oh well, we still had a good time!

The guys look so serious!

The girls eating pretzels

The girls eating cotton candy

Ella eating frozen lemonade - I think all the girls did was eat!!!

The tool race - after this Ella was asking to see Handy Manny. We still aren't sure if she was asking because of the tools or because people were yelling for "Manny" - Manny Ramirez. It was probably a
combination of the two. We had to explain that Handy Manny was not at the baseball game. It was
so funny!

The view from our seats - pretty far out there - but close to all of the stuff for the kids and right next to that annoying drum that gets the Braves fans going with the tomahawk chop!
